Rutgers Professors are encouraging staff and students to go out and protest President Elect Trump. Undergraduate Program Director, William Field, had to send out an email, reminding both students and professors that they can’t be forced to attend such protests. Why should this even be in question?
Is it appropriate for the college institutions, especially those such as Rutgers in New Jersey, a State funded university, to be promoting a political agenda? Has free thought been removed from the college institution? Let us know in the comments below
“every instructor who is including attendance in the
course of her/ his class activities offers alternatives to attending the
rally to students who do not wish to participate”
“groups have apparently
planned a protest march for tomorrow at 3:00”
Here is the email:
How do you feel about your tax dollars going to demoting free thought and promoting political agenda’s on our college campus’s?
